years; everything from residential and commercial high rises
and antique homes to new construction. Owns

the National Home Inspector Exam, member
in good standing
interNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors, licensed in the State of Massachusetts,

Mold Investigator, and a Certified Commercial Inspector.
Jay
Markanich
Fluent
in Spanish, Jay has
done over 21,000 inspections since 1987. He has been
general contractor since 1981.
He
is well versed in all phases of home inspections, and operates
a successful home inspection business in the Washington DC
area. Uses a thermal imager and other high technology tools to
scan for and investigate mold, electrical, moisture, energy
efficiency, and other issues. He is also a Certified Radon
Testing Specialist, Certified Construction Inspector, and is
nationally registered with the Housing Inspection
Foundation
Peter
Vanderbeek
Peter has a degree in civil engineering from a top US college
and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry
where he worked on the construction of nuclear power plants,
and assembly lines for some of the worlds largest
companies.
